The boutique accommodation of Tilba Lake House was established by Rebecca and Tim Jones in July 2015 when they made the decision to exchange their hectic lives in Sydney for a more relaxed pace in beautiful Tilba in the picturesque south coast of New South Wales.
Set on eleven acres, Tilba Lake House includes an extensive vegetable garden, orchard and herb garden, all grown using organic principles. Also in residence are two Clydesdale horses, Highlander chickens and Archie the friendly farm dog.
Only quality, free range and locally sourced ingredients are used at Tilba Lake House including produce from local farmers, fishermen, gardeners and artisan producers.
